As reported by News Break, “An employee at a behavioral health center in Brevard County is accused of repeatedly hitting a student while three other employees watched. An arrest affidavit details allegations of child abuse from an incident by an employee at Deveraux Advanced Behavioral Health Facility in Viera on Feb. 9.”
