Child Injury Law Practice Justice for Kids Opens Office in Oregon
Portland office enables firm to better serve clients in the Pacific Northwest
Portland, OR – Justice for Kids®, a children’s rights and child welfare law practice, today announced the opening of its new office in Portland, Oregon. The Portland office is led by co-founder Justin Grosz, a licensed Oregon attorney and child injury lawyer with more than three decades of experience.
Justice for Kids® is a children’s rights practice dedicated exclusively to providing legal services to abused, disabled, and catastrophically injured children. The team represents children injured at home, in child welfare and foster care settings, group home settings and residential treatment centers, as well as all children harmed by the acts of others.
“Our new Oregon office enables us to be closer to the communities we serve in the Pacific Northwest as we advocate for children who have been harmed by the very systems meant to protect them,” said Grosz. “Our team is committed to delivering compassionate legal representation while working to recover a personal injury damages settlement or verdict that can provide the resources foster children need.”
Grosz brings more than 30 years of trial experience and deep knowledge of child welfare law to his work in Oregon. He has tried more than 230 jury trials to verdict, and his litigation experience and understanding of institutional negligence inform his approach to Oregon matters. As a member of the National Association of Counsel for Children (NACC) board of directors, Grosz collaborates with child advocates nationwide to advance legal representation for children and youth in foster care.
He is admitted to practice law in Oregon, Florida, New York and Washington, D.C.
Justice for Kids®, a division of Kelley Kronenberg, is headquartered in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, with offices in multiple states. For more information on Justice for Kids’® work in Oregon and the types of cases the firm handles, please visit www.JusticeforKids.com.
